Did you know that according to scripture, women could not be ordained as elders, bishops, pastors, or
deacons? Unfortunately, this seems to be in direct contradiction to what we see happening in many of
todays churches. Women taking on such titles as bishop, elder, pastor, etc., are definitely at odds
with clear scriptural teaching on the subject of roles for men and women within the Church. But don't
just take my words for it. Let's go to the scriptures for much needed discernment regarding this matter
